Practices:  Tuesday 6-8 and Thursday 6:00-8:00

- Our team members compete at regional, national and international competitions.

- We attend jump rope workshops to hone our skills and collaborate with teams from all over the world.

- We teach after school jump rope classes at local elementary schools. 

- We perform at schools and other community events to increase fitness awareness.
